By accessing or using the "Scratch Golf GPS Tracker" mobile application ("Scratch App" or "App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Scratch App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ryan Schefske grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Scratch App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Scratch App may offer subscription services managed by RevenueCat. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on the Scratch App's fees, charges, and billing terms. You are responsible for providing a valid payment method for payment of all fees.
You agree not to use the Scratch App in a manner that: - Violates any local, state, national, or international law or regulation. - Attempts to reverse engineer or jeopardize the correct functioning of the App or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software (including the tools, methods, processes, and infrastructure). - Interferes with the security of the App or the safe use of the App by others.
Ryan Schefske reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part of it) with or without notice.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or Ryan Schefske. Ryan Schefske may terminate or suspend your access to the Scratch App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The Scratch App and its content are provided "as is". Ryan Schefske makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Ryan Schefske or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Scratch App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Ryan Schefske reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
